The WCA Leadership Academy is an empowered community of coaching experts & high school mentors who will help your daughter discover the power of coaching and leadership. With carefully crafted lessons, personalized mentorship, & dynamic workshops, your daughter will dive into the WCA community. Tailored for girls ages 13-14, this program helps to prepare her to Coach Today so she can Lead for Life!
