About The WCA Leadership Academy:

All WCA coaches will attend a pre-season leadership academy so they’re prepared and confident to hit the field day one.With carefully crafted lessons & dynamic workshops, you will dive into your role as a youth sports coach and role model for the next generation.

The Fall 2025 LA County Academy will train young women to coach soccer with AYSO Claremont and AYSO Pasadena/ Altadena.Join the inaugural group of WCA LA County coaches and be part of making her-story!
