“The Women’s Coaching Alliance turns today's female athletes into tomorrow's leaders through coaching youth sports. But did you know mentors are at the center of this work? Mentors are the confidence builders, helping young women connect coaching experience to leadership skills ….and to future opportunities in sports and beyond.”

Pam Baker

Women's Coaching Alliance CEO

"Getting leadership skill sets at a young age, learning early on and keeping that with you as you're testing and learning makes you a resilient, successful coach in the long term. So the work being done by the Women's Coaching Alliance is a big piece of the solution."
