Guppy Uppal

Serving as Director of Flag Football, Guppy brings experience across the NFL ecosystem, collegiate athletics, and professional women’s football. Her background includes work at the NFL league office, with the Cleveland Browns, and selection to the 2024 NFL Women’s Forum cohort, experiences that shaped her understanding of football operations, league growth, and long-term strategy.

While in college, she was deeply involved in football operations and athletic department initiatives, building a strong foundation in program development and sports administration. Most recently, through her work connected to the WNFC, she built and led the community and flag football department for the Golden State Storm, expanding access and driving intentional growth in girls flag.

Now, as Director, she is focused on scaling the touchpoints of football, particularly girls flag, by developing structured pathways for women in flag coaching, strengthening community alignment, and positioning the game for sustainable, long-term growth.
