Jeremy is a long-time leader of Professional Services and Project Management teams, spending his career building high-performing teams and delivering client success in start-ups to large multi-national public companies. Brought up on sports in Texas and living nearly all of his adult life in Southern California, he has entirely shed any allegiance to a Houston team in favor of those from Los Angeles. He lives in Northeast L.A. with his wife and Weimaraner with occasional visits from his two USC Trojan children. Outside of work, after being initially "voluntold" to coach his older kids’ AYSO soccer team, it rekindled his childhood passion for youth sports, with the added reward of the role of teacher.  From the practice ground to the game pitch, he received great gratification from helping a player develop a technique or a team execute a tactic. He's a sucker for a well-executed set play, whether that's elevating the lowly throw-in, presenting a threatening free kick in the attacking third or...mostly, the opportunities of a Corner Kick. Since his kids have aged out of the program, he has continued his involvement and enjoyment of the game with his local AYSO region (214!) through refereeing. He's found clear parallel principles of leadership, communication, and trust on the field and in the workplace. Whether mentoring junior professionals or young athletes, he is deeply committed to helping others grow and succeed. And at the heart of it all is a lifelong and genuine belief in the power of team: we all have a role to play in the ensemble. He's thrilled to be a part of the growing group at WCA, helping launch into a new community of Southern California and spread the mission of a great organization.
