Monique sees herself as a builder of confidence, community, and opportunity. Born and raised in the Bay Area, her career spans corporate hospitality, wellness, and nonprofit leadership,  always centered on creating meaningful experiences and advocating for youth. She has led initiatives that bring people together, foster growth, and help young leaders find their voice, whether in the boardroom, on the field, or in the community.Beyond her professional work, Monique has dedicated years to mentoring and guiding young people, believing deeply in the potential of every child to rise when given the right guidance and support. She is passionate about developing future female leaders through mentorship, where lessons of service, resilience, and self-care take root and flourish.Monique holds a background in hospitality leadership, wellness and programming, and has worked extensively with nonprofits serving underrepresented youth. She is a proud supporter of the Women’s Coaching Alliance mission, Coach. Inspire. Lead. and Monique brings both heart and soul to everything she does.Outside of work, Monique enjoys traveling to new places, exploring different cultures, and finding inspiration in the stories of people she meets along the way. She’s always seeking ways to connect, uplift, and build her legacy.
